Cambridge, Massachusetts (USA) biotechnology company is looking for a commercialization partner and funding assistance for the continuing development of Human Heart Failure Detection Technology. Our unique approach to developing this technology resides first in having clearly identified and categorized human tissue samples through access to full medical records and demographics. Our technology is based on a subtractive hybridization screening analysis (SSH). We have used this analysis approach as a screening tool to develop a focused heart failure microarray containing 1,143 differentially expressed genes. The company provides intellectual property, expertise in pre-clinical screening and testing of NCEs (both GLP and non-GLP), a large animal model for pre-clinical screening and testing of NCEs and our human heart failure as well as large animal model heart failure array to the partnership. Required assistance includes the later stage clinical use for patient enrollment in clinical trials and identification of responders and non-responders, as well as sharing the burden of any additional costs associated with intellectual property patents, regulatory filings, and marketing.
